Overview This role provides specialized and personalized service, offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of the client life plan. Responsibilities include acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role balances sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by applying specialized expertise.
Responsibilities
Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs
Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients using the bank’s full capabilities
Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend suitable financial services
Outreaches to clients, manages pipeline, and conducts follow-up to meet client needs
Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as appropriate
Partners with financial center leaders and market leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates for an exceptional client experience
Required Qualifications
Experience and proven success in business-to-business sales or small business banking
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients
Effective customer service skills with end-to-end problem resolution
Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
Experience with outbound phone sales

Benefits and Compensation
California pay and benefits information: $26.00 - $33.72 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set
Formulaic incentive eligible – incentives based on performance
