Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in [specific industry or sector]. The role involves managing financial reports and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the finance activities
Oversee and manage all aspects of taxation, including tax planning, tax filings, and audits
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance
Design and implement accounting & internal controls, to ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls Over Financial Reporting
Review quotations, perform negotiations and implement business strategies to reduce expenses
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
Monitor and analyze financial metrics and operational KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organization
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required
Lead end-to-end due diligence with various prospective investors
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation
Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
Proven experience in financial reporting, taxation, and audit
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to work
Good knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Tally ERP is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
