As an Autism Support Professional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children, using ABA techniques to help them achieve goals in areas such as communication, social skills, self-care, and managing challenging behaviors. You will implement programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will guide and support you. ABA focuses on making learning fun and meaningful through play, activities, and positive interactions to motivate children to succeed. Responsibilities

Implement ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA to support skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, self-help, and play. Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors and create a engaging learning environment. Apply behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change. Collect and record accurate data on the child’s progress during sessions. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide updates and strategies to support the child outside therapy sessions. Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Ensure safety and well-being of children during therapy sessions by following safety protocols. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development to maintain high-quality care. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times. Qualifications and Skills

Passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Dependability and availability for scheduled shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Patience, creativity, and a sense of humor to make learning engaging. Attention to detail for collecting and recording accurate data. Excellent communication skills to share progress with the team and families. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Genuine passion for working with children with autism and a commitment to making a positive impact. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred. Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is desirable; we will consider related experience with children (e.g., teachers, SPED professionals, babysitters, daycare workers, camp counselors, coaches, and parents). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to therapy locations (clinics, homes, schools). Availability for flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays. Successful completion of a background check and any required screenings. Physical Requirements

Walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. What We Offer
