Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training Job Duties
Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. A 6-month commitment to consistent attendance and responsive communication is essential. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Full-time schedules from 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings. Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm with flexibility for students. Ability to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes Childcare experience required Bilingual Spanish is a plus About Community Autism Services
