Full-Time Position Responsibilities
Work from plans and schematics Layout and installation of solar modules/arrays Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment Assembly of mounting hardware AC and DC electrical wiring of systems Attic work to verify structural attachment Job documentation (photos) Participate in training sessions on new products, methodology, and safety Qualifications & Expectations
Self-motivated, organized, with a strong work ethic Able to work independently or with a small crew Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong commitment to safety procedures Reliable and punctual at all job sites Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (including two-story roofs and tile roofs) Able to lift 50+ lbs. Preferred Experience
3–5 years of construction or roofing background Previous experience installing solar panels, sheet metal flashing, or roofing materials required Experience with hand and power tools; small machinery (trenchers, bobcats, forklifts) a plus Familiarity with a variety of roof types and building materials (tile, asphalt, wood, stucco, concrete, Uni-strut, etc.) Experience with fall protection systems Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills Valid CDL and clean driving record
