Essential Functions

Service Operations

Assist in creating and managing boat builds and service orders. Help schedule jobs and coordinate with technicians to meet delivery deadlines. Perform quality checks and assist in the review of boat builds, completed service work, and inbound shipments. Prepare, place, track and manage customer billing. Manage vendor claims. Sales and Deliveries

Support sales of rigged boat packages, including quoting and customer consultations. Participate in boat deliveries to customers on and off site including weekend and water deliveries when needed. Support weekend sales operations and participate in boat shows or related events. Parts Procurement

Order marine supplies for scheduled services and maintain appropriate inventory levels for stocking items. Create daily POs for our OEM product line. Coordinate with Boats & Motor buyer to update our ERP/website with any changes from the manufacturer. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Follow up on open POs and communicate to internal and external customers with any delays. Ability to read, analyze and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Customer Interaction

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate service estimates and obtain approval for work orders including growth work or scope change. Exceptional customer service skills, and maintain clear and courteous communication throughout the service process. Qualifications

Education / Work History

Proven experience in a marine or automotive parts and service Strong knowledge of marine equipment preferred Experience with order and inventory management systems preferred Ability to work autonomously, self-starter, organized and able to multi-task Job Skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail Good communication skills, neatness Ability to prioritize/organize and flexibility are critical to effectively perform this job.
