About the Team: At Pandora, our Divisional Sales Managers (DSM) are responsible for driving revenue and sales performance across all physical channels of distribution, including wholesale concept stores, multi-brand accounts, shop-in-shop locations, and owned and operated (O&O) concept stores. You will manage relationships with wholesale partners and directly oversee Store Managers of O&O stores. You will be responsible for achieving sell-in and sell-out budgets at each location and ensuring the success of your region, while providing a flawless and consistent customer experience. You will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, retention, training, and development of individuals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver sales performance against forecast and targets by executing business plans and sales strategies. Identify trends, opportunities, and develop business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability. Partner with Divisional Sales Director to set sales and KPI goals for the region. Set KPI goals, budgets, and marketing plans for each store and communicate with owners. Review store financial reports, analyze KPIs, and coach store teams accordingly. Coach and support Store Managers and franchise owners on talent management, inventory, and operational standards. Ensure compliance with policies, conduct performance evaluations, and recognize performance gaps. Proactively recruit, develop, and retain store leadership. Lead the rollout of company initiatives and product launches, monitoring progress and coaching for success. Optimize payroll and resources to maximize store contribution. Analyze and optimize sell-in and sell-out performance. Manage inventory levels across accounts. Prospect for new multibrand opportunities for growth. Evaluate dealers and collaborate on account management to maximize sales potential. Monitor customer experience surveys and respond accordingly. Travel within the region to build relationships and understand the business firsthand. Develop relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts. Build cross-functional relationships and communicate relevant business information. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Maintain accurate regional performance reports and forecasts. Define and role model sales behaviors in collaboration with leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience. Retail and wholesale experience. Willing to relocate or located in the division. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills. Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with planning and execution skills. Self-motivated with a proven sales growth record. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solution-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of inventory management. Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. Business acumen and analytical skills. Experience with KPIs and performance metrics. Ability to lead change initiatives. Willingness to travel up to 80% based on geography. Salary Range:
