10 years’ experience facilitating group dynamics in complex, high stakes, or ad hoc situations, demonstrating agility and presence under pressure.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with proven ability to inspire, guide, and influence others effectively.In-depth knowledge of leadership and organizational development theories, models, and best practices, and the ability to translate these into practical application.Experience with assessments (e.g., personality, leadership, team effectiveness tools) and demonstrated skill in facilitating group debriefs that generate insight and action.Exceptional communication skills—capable of clearly conveying nuanced or complex ideas with clarity, tact, and influence.
