We are looking for that right person for our Edwards Transcatheter Heart Valves Sales organization! This position requires liaising between our business sales operations team, sales division and IT department. You will be responsible for Salesforce.com, technology and device strategy, and internal business applications for our Sales team. In this role, you will be a key member in supporting the THV commercial business as the In-House Technical Lead, working directly with our field team and IT partners to advance the development and adoption of our sales tools. How you will make an impact:

Maintain up-to-date records of business data objects to ensure accuracy of implementation logic into reporting systems as the Systems Administrator and Data Manager. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales results and other key metrics/case outcomes in all applicable reporting systems. Provide front-line support, training, and feedback implementation for the field sales team on Salesforce.com and other field sales enablement technology. Serve as the subject matter expert, helping to build the technology roadmap and drive high-level strategy in partnership with various IT functions. Support the Salesforce.com platform, collaborating with IT partners on development within Salesforce.com, including the use of Visualforce, and building new tools/functions to align with business needs. Ensure process documentation and training materials are kept accurate and current through regular review. Manage projects by working closely across functions such as IT, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Compliance to ensure the success of key projects. What you\'ll need (Required):

Bachelor\'s Degree and Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a technical lead, IT project manager, systems administrator, or Salesforce.com developer/trainer OR Master\'s Degree AND Minimum of 5 years’ experience as technical lead, IT project manager, systems administrator, or Salesforce.com developer/trainer What else we look for (Preferred):

Medical device/pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience Salesforce.com certification Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Work independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and review for accuracy and soundness Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Shown expertise on MS Office Suite and preferred experience in related tools and applications (e.g., Oracle, JDE, MIDAS, and ELBIS, Salesforce.com administration) Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and/or Finance Extensive understanding of data flow between data systems Leadership experience with outsourcing partners on a task level Knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies preferred Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA) the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
