In this critical leadership role, you will manage the entire production process - from scheduling through project completion - while building and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including: Production Scheduling & Inside/Outside Bed Planning Inventory Control & Materials Management Mold Shop Fabrication Oversight Stripping, Pouring, and Finishing Coordination Team Leadership & Workforce Development Across All Plant Departments Qualifications
