Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics You will be responsible for delivering various types of analytics consulting projects, ranging from ad-hoc analytics/data mining to advanced analytics projects, depending on client needs. Deliver projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and understanding to project planning, delivery, and recommendations, with guidance from senior managers. Address analytics problems such as brand performance, campaign measurement and optimization, promotion response & marketing mix modeling, customer segmentation, marketing mix optimization, predictive analytics, sales force effectiveness, patient-data analytics, and market access. Handle multiple projects concurrently with appropriate prioritization and workload distribution within the team. Lead client communication, providing periodic updates and insights/recommendations through conference calls or emails. Proactively communicate with senior stakeholders to address issues in a timely manner. Provide technical and business leadership/mentorship to junior team members and groom them for additional responsibilities. Develop approaches for complex analyses and gain consensus with stakeholders; employ advanced analytics techniques (predictive/prescriptive statistics, machine learning, and optimization) as required by the client and data. Manage datasets of varying sizes, selecting appropriate technologies to process data and deliver analyses; champion analytics technologies within the team. Develop expertise in pharma and healthcare datasets and advocate innovation within the team. Collaborate with team members to drive automation and new capabilities/tools; meaningfully communicate insights to a broad group of stakeholders. 3+ years of overall experience with a reasonable exposure to delivering analytics projects.
