Part-Time Schedule: Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekends: Morning availability required (exact hours may vary) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team, providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans in either a center-based or in-home setting. Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy programs as designed and supervised by a BCBA. Work directly with children with autism to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Utilize evidence-based behavior intervention strategies. Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior. Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in interventions. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical guidelines. Qualifications
Required: At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician working with children with autism. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. Completion of a 40-hour RBT training required (Free training provided by Agency). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while following treatment plans. Reliable transportation for in-home sessions. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Benefits
