Collaborate on the design and development of enterprise Java applications using Java 1.8+, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot / Spring Batch), and RESTful services (JAX-RS). Contribute to testing strategies using Java testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and PowerMockito. Work with relational databases (Oracle preferred) and modern data access patterns (JPA/JDBI or MyBatis). Participate in the creation and maintenance of microservices and related infrastructure (Git, Jenkins, cloud concepts). Engage in an Agile development process and cross-functional teams; participate in ceremonies as applicable. Qualifications

Preferred: At least 4 years of relevant experience in development with the following technologies: Java 1.8+, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Boot or DropWizard, RESTful services (JAX-RS), Java testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, PowerMockito), relational DB (preferably Oracle), Microservices, Git, Jenkins, understanding of cloud infrastructure, JPA/JDBI or MyBatis. Additionally advantageous: Docker, document-based DBs (Cassandra, Couchbase, Mongo), Redis, SonarQube, Kafka, LoadRunner, Jira, Confluence, Cucumber, Kubernetes (or similar), ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). At least 2 years of experience developing enterprise-grade, highly scalable Java applications. At least 2 years of experience in Agile environments; knowledge of ceremonies; CSM or PMI-ACP is a plus. Design and architecture experience for JEE applications. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment. Experience in Credit Card Loyalty Programs would be an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education may be considered. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies. Additional Information
