Teacher Assistant , you’ll support the lead teacher in implementing curriculum, supervising children, and fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. This
part-time
position supports developmentally appropriate activities and fosters child engagement to promote growth and learning. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily classroom activities and child supervision. Support curriculum implementation aligned with NAEYC and Head Start standards. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment Conduct developmental screenings and maintain child progress records. Engage with parents to support family and community involvement. Participate in professional development and team collaboration. Qualifications: High school diploma or Child Development Associate (CDA). Experience in a preschool setting or working with young children.
