We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to creating delicious dishes for our Members.
DUTIES: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices Follow recipes and cooking procedures to prepare meals according to our standards Cook and plate dishes with attention to detail and presentation Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with catering events as needed REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Culinary training or degree is a plus.
