Job Responsibilities Provide an amazing Aftercare experience to all students through creativity and passion Ensure the safety of all students at all times Organize and deliver project time daily, following the curriculum set by the school Manage recess, snack and other activities daily Skills and Characteristics Open to feedback Unyielding commitment to students, self and school’s constant learning and development Relentlessness - doing whatever it takes to ensure success Team player Highly organized Belief in Sela PCS’s mission, educational model, and core values Maturity, humility, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and “roll-up-my-sleeves” attitude Experience High School Diploma Experience supervising children Compensation The compensation for this position is $25.00 per hour, for a maximum of 3 hours per day, 5 days per week. There may be other opportunities to substitute teach during the normal school day on occasion at the same rate of pay. For this part-time position, Sela PCS does not offerany medical, dental or vision benefits.
