Position Title: Lodge Attendant Business Unit: Custodial Position Reports to: Custodial Manager, Lead Custodian Positions Reporting to this Role: None Location: Crystal, Washington Wage Range: $20 .00 - $21.00 / hour DOE JOB SUMMARY- The Lodge Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff across all resort facilities. This includes lodges, restrooms, dining areas, rental shops, and other public spaces. You will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to urgent custodial needs, and ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards—especially during peak ski season when guest traffic is high. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in cold-weather conditions. A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction are essential, as Lodge Attenda nts ofte n interact with vis itors and contribute directly to their overall resort experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Lodge Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our facility. Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors
Maintain and stock restrooms
Clean and sanitize facilities
Clean door glass and sanitize handles
Attend to any spills /messes
Straighten tables and chairs
Maintenance of c ustodial equipment (vacuums, paper towel dispensers, etc )
Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors and restrooms
Transport trash and recycling to appropriate containers
Report any restroom or lodge maintenance to Facilities Manager
Shampoo carpets

With the evolution of this resort and position, the responsibilities of this position may change. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS - Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS - T his position is required to work days , weekends and holidays while in operation .
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a mop, vacuum, move carts and carry dishes.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending , reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
