Overview
Antea USA, Inc. (AnteaGroup) is looking for ambitious, detail-oriented mid-level Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager in Breinigsville, PA. This full-time, onsite assignment is 5 days per week and is anticipated to last 12 months and could be extended.
As an EHS Manager, you will work with a Top 10 Global Tech company’s existing team of environmental, health and safety professionals to create and foster a strong culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. This role involves leading the development and execution of EHS programs, policies, and assessments across operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing EHS in complex, high-hazard environments, preferably within the tech, semiconductor, or advanced chemical manufacturing sectors and possess the ability to drive organizational change and secure stakeholder alignment in support of safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and applicable state/local regulations.
Create, maintain, and oversee compliance calendars, ensuring timely updates of regulatory programs and policies are completed and monitoring actions for training, inspections, and reporting.
Keep current with regulatory programs such as Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Hazard Communication and Process Safety Management.
Ensure that teams are informed of their responsibilities.
Provide expert guidance in high-risk areas, including Chemical Management and HPM gas safety, Industrial Hygiene (including radiation and chemical hygiene), Electrical Safety, Lockout/Tagout, and Machine Guarding, PPE, Respiratory Protection, and Fit Testing, Working at Heights, Ladder Safety, and Workshop Safety, Emergency Response and Incident Management, Hazardous Waste Operations and Risk Assessments.
Support health and safety planning and oversight during new equipment installations or refurbishments in the manufacturing process.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for safety inspections, hazard identification, and EHS program implementation; monitor and analyze EHS metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet EHS goals and ensure safe systems of work across all operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of EHS experience in a semiconductor, chemical manufacturing, or laboratory environment. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, high-risk industrial operations, or laboratory spaces. Semiconductor manufacturing experience is strongly preferred; however, candidates with a background in chemical manufacturing or laboratory environments with chemical hazards, hazardous production material (HPM) gases and industrial hygiene will be considered.
Experience managing safety in global, multi-site operations is highly desirable.
Ability to develop and implement global initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and/or environmental policy and regulatory compliance requirements (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and applicable local/state agencies).
Proficiency in EHS management systems, auditing processes, and performance tracking tools.
Must have a strong desire to talk with, influence, and directly interface with both clients and stakeholders. Additionally, must be able to take direction and coaching from both clients and team members.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to support regional travel to nearby facilities as needed.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety-sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Subject to outside environmental conditions: heat/cold, wind, wet and/or humid, etc.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
Frequent lifting (including push/pull, hold/carry) of light, moderate, and possibly heavy-weight objects
Subject to hazards, including proximity to moving vehicles, parts, or equipment; exposure to chemicals; pressure; electrical hazards; biological hazards; excavation/trenching; confined spaces; elevated work; materials handling
May be required to wear an air-purifying respirator
Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
