Responsibilities
Organize meetings, scheduling, follow up, and document
Following up with clients via email and phone in a professional manner
Customer service skills, answering high demand phone calls
Invoicing and processing credit card information
Providing daily and weekly sales figures
Managing calendars, appointments, and placements of crews
Providing additional general administrative support as necessary
Qualifications
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are necessary
Strong customer service and communications
Ability to learn a custom program
Strong written and verbal communication
Must be organized
Knowledge of excel, email, and data entry
Minimum of seven years experience
Other duties as assigned

Competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 based on experience
