The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations for this pizzeria kitchen. The primary objective is to live, teach and demonstrate our culture and mission statement. It is the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager to ensure food and beverage quality, positive growth in comparable restaurant sales, guest satisfaction, adherence to company policies and procedures, restaurant profitability and community involvement. Requirements
Ideal candidate will have the following: 3+ year’s prior kitchen supervisory experience, including an understanding of preparation, production, and service aspects of the business. College / Trade / Culinary School preferred but not required Scratch cooking, food driven restaurant experience a must Experience working in a systems driven environment Must be able to work collaboratively and offer constructive criticism in a positive way to staff when guidance is needed Ability to follow and hold others to a high level of accountability Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Good judgement in dealing with people and setting priorities Salary Range & Benefits Salary – $40k – $60k (starting, based on experience level )
