**About Crossroads**Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites.

Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.**Job Summary**The Student Ministry Worship Leader oversees all aspects and execution of weekend worship & production. It is the main responsibility of this role to helps create and execute the vision for worship & production alongside Crossroads Students site support in pursuit of excellent student services. They lead all worship & production team leaders and facilitate regular training & development for team members. They are responsible for the growth and development of the overall worship & production team. This role requires a high commitment to excellence.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities*** Oversight: This position is responsible for the general oversight of all worship & production teams, vision, spaces, and experiences.* Recruiting & Growth: This position is responsible for sustaining the recruitment and development of volunteers for worship & production teams.* Onboarding: This position is responsible for coordinating & executing the onboarding of new volunteers with worship & production team leaders & their corresponding teams.* Training & Development: This position is responsible for coordinating ongoing training with worship & production team leaders for new & existing members of the teams.* Accountability & Expectations: This person works with worship & production team leaders to craft expectations and standards for volunteers and volunteer teams and hold team members accountable to those expectations.* Coaching: This person is responsible for weekly coaching and hands-on leadership of the team leaders who report directly to them. This coaching and leadership should be to get team leaders to be their best and coach team leaders on accomplishing the vision set for their teams.* Care & Support: This position is responsible for caring for and supporting the team leaders who report to them. Lunches, gifts, cards, etc. will all be paid for by Crossroads Students. This includes discipling, motivating, and investing in them.* Expectations: Grow team and team leaders both spiritually and numerically. Meet regularly with team leaders and have 1:1 meetings with them. Have a strong understanding of weekly programs & content.**Education Requirements*** High School or equivalent**Experience/Skills Requirements*** Proven ability to manage multiple duties and priorities in deadline-intensive situations* Able to flourish in a creative team environment as well as operate independently* Experience building volunteer teams and leading them to excellent execution* Excellent interpersonal skills, both in technical and non-technical environments* Background in designing services and managing the details* Proficient in Planning Center Online and Multitracks* Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints**Physical Requirements*** Must be able to walk up to 3 miles* Able to lift 25 lbs.**Scheduling/Travel Requirements*** Available to work evenings, weekends, and long hours.**Crossroads Staff Qualities**Qualities all staff teammates should exhibit:* Mission Oriented: Committed to the Crossroads mission and expectations in the staff “I Promise” document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines, tithing, and pursuing personal purity.* Availability: Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, day of solitude, offsites, etc.* Authenticity: Communicates clearly, directly, and honestly, even under stress, and does so with a sustained positive attitude and demeanor.* Personal Leadership: Envisions, energizes, and enables others to operate at full potential.* Collaborative Self-starter: Thrives as an individual contributor and works well on a team.* Proactive Problem Solver: Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to changing and fluid environments, and proactively solves problems.* Humility: Puts others above self and takes ownership of mistakes.* Learner: Desires growth and learning from others.* Flexibility: Able to quickly shift between projects as organizational direction and needs change, able to successfully balance competing priorities.Crossroads Church is an equal opportunity employer.
