About the Role Are you passionate about empowering people through learning? We’re seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead our full-cycle training and development initiatives. In this role, you’ll assess organizational training needs, design impactful learning experiences, and drive a culture of continuous growth and development. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and improving employee retention through effective onboarding and orientation programs. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field. Proven experience leading training and development programs in a mid-sized organization. Strong instructional design and training delivery skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and apply learning analytics. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills. CPTM certification preferred. Ability to complete train-the-trainer programs for CPR/BLS and crisis intervention. Core Competencies Instructional Design & Delivery Learning Impact Evaluation Project Management Culture Development & Engagement Key Responsibilities Lead the full training cycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation. Collaborate with department leaders and quality/compliance teams to identify training needs. Design and implement engaging training programs, manuals, and e-learning modules. Serve as a key member of the Culture Steering Team, embedding desired culture patterns through staff development. Build partnerships with educational institutions to support employee advancement. Evaluate and select internal and external training resources. Deliver training using diverse instructional methods to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) in partnership with IT. Monitor training effectiveness using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Provide CPR, First Aid, and non-violent crisis intervention training. Manage training budgets, schedules, and administrative tasks. Lead and mentor the Staff Development Team. The Centers
