Seeking an experienced and reliable Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our fabrication team. You\'ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects. Responsibilities
Overseeing daily shop operations and workflow
Leading and mentoring a team of technicians and fabricators
Coordinating jobs, schedules, and materials to meet deadlines
Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and project specifications
Good communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the fabrication or installation process
Manage material and equipment maintenance
Pitching in on jobs as needed — no task too big or small
What We\'re Looking For
Proven leadership or management experience
(shop, field, or crew)
Sheet metal or HVAC experience
is strongly preferred
Strong
mechanical aptitude
and a hands-on attitude
Excellent
multi-tasking
and organizational skills
Strong
customer service mindset

Willingness to do what it takes to keep jobs moving and customers happy
Bonus Points
Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
Forklift, OSHA, or other safety certifications
