Outside Sales Representative

to grow our local business region. The sales territory includes Washington, DC; Baltimore, Maryland; and surrounding areas.

Candidates must reside within the territory. The

Outside Sales Representative

manages relationships and daily sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as residential and commercial woodworkers in their territory. You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, acting as a business advisor to your customers. What We Are Looking For Sales experience, ideally outside sales in the building materials or construction industries Passion for learning, providing solutions, and achieving sales growth Knowledge or experience in building materials, cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc. (preferred) Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own time and responsibilities Proficient in CRM software for tracking activities and managing customer interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook Reliable transportation for regular travel; must be able to visit customers in person 3-4 days per week Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally Compensation and Benefits Market-competitive salary plus commissions and bonuses Monthly car allowance, fuel, and expense reimbursement Comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Employee Stock Purchase Plan with company match 401(k) plan with employer matching Company cell phone Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days
