As an In-Home Sales Representative at West Shore Home, you will benefit from pre-set appointments, an uncapped base salary plus commission, and comprehensive training and support to advance your career. You will report to the Sales Manager and be supported by Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations staff, and regional leaders. Why Work at West Shore Home?

Your responsibilities include: Working a rotating schedule with appointments from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and some Saturday mornings Participating in weekly meetings and training sessions Leading clients through a personalized, one-call close sales process Note: No cold calling or lead generation required; all leads are warm and pre-confirmed. Qualifications include: Ability to connect quickly and effectively with clients A competitive drive to succeed Valid driver’s license with a clean record Previous sales experience preferred but not required; success with retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is also valued Smartphone or smart device for system login with two-factor authentication Military veterans and spouses are encouraged to apply.
