Proactively manage outbound prospecting and lead activity. Work closely with Managers to improve appointment quality and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain call volume and email leads professionally to earn customer trust and build rapport. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and appointment goals, maintaining strong customer relationships. Log and track appointments, showings, and sales using CRM and Microsoft Excel. Follow up with sales customers to assist with vehicle selection, schedule appointments, retain customers, and foster positive relationships between Webb Automotive and customers. Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate information and direct customers to online resources. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications. Ability to adhere to policies and schedules in a structured environment. Additional Preferred Experience Automotive experience. Call center experience. Spanish speaking ability.
