Integrative/Functional Medicine Provider

About Us: We are a 5 STAR Critical Access Hospital with multiple clinic locations. Our mission is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based, integrative medical care that bridges traditional and functional approaches for sustainable health and healing. Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a licensed healthcare provider with training or a strong interest in integrative and/or functional medicine. You might be an MD, DO, NP, or PA, with a passion for root-cause analysis, lifestyle medicine, and long-term wellness partnerships with your patients. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Developing individualized treatment plans that may include lifestyle modifications, nutraceuticals, diagnostic testing, and conventional therapies Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for whole-person care Educating and empowering patients on preventive wellness Staying current on emerging evidence in integrative and functional car What You Bring: Valid medical license in Illinois Certification or training in integrative/functional medicine (or willingness to pursue) Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, collaborative approach A deep commitment to patient-centered, holistic care What We Offer: Competitive salary with bonus potential Flexible schedule and supportive team culture Access to advanced diagnostic tools and supplements Opportunities for professional development and continued training A mission-driven environment with patients who truly value their health journey Full or Part Time: Full Time Applications Will Be Reviewed:
