Position Summary Responsible for performing a wide variety of loan servicing functions primarily to support performing consumer loans. Consumer loans include personal, vehicle, and PV. Responsibilities include maintaining departmental records and files, generating and mailing loan correspondence, responding to internal and external customer inquiries and requests, and distributing incoming mail, email and phone calls. Tasks related to vehicle loans include tracking and processing auto titles, processing auto title release, and tracking and uploading auto insurance to the insurance tracking vendor. Performs miscellaneous loan servicing activities as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience

At least two years of related experience in Loan Servicing or the equivalent.

Basic understanding of loan servicing functions.

Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Able to operate standard office machines.

Strong typing abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work accurately on short deadlines.

Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.

Able to work in a paperless environment.

Ability to cooperate with and assist others.
