As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of single-ply roof systems, roofing membranes, thermal insulation, and composite roofing solutions. This is focused on mainly new-build projects but also some refurbishment. The region you will manage is OX / RG/ GU/ SO / PO / SN/ SP / BH. Key responsibilities include: Specification Selling: Engaging with architects, main contractors, and local authorities to specify roofing systems for projects. Project Management: Tracking and supporting projects from specification stage through to completion via roofing contractors. Client Engagement: Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of sectors. Typical Projects: Schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, and other large-scale developments. Company

This could include Flat Roofing, Roof Windows, Pitched Roofing, Cladding, Insulation or Facades.
