Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership in good standing with any state bar Proficiency in removal defense and family-based immigration Experience with EOIR, USCIS, and immigration court procedures Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Cultural sensitivity and commitment to serving immigrant communities Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of immigration matters Preparing and filing USCIS applications, petitions, and supporting documentation Representing clients in Immigration Court proceedings, asylum interviews, and USCIS interviews Drafting legal briefs, motions, and appeals for immigration cases Providing compassionate counsel to clients navigating the immigration system Staying current with rapidly changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case processing Compensation
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year DOE Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits
