We are seeking an admitted attorney for an Associate Immigration Attorney position within our firm, offering significant opportunities for professional growth. This is a great chance for a motivated Associate Attorney to gain invaluable experience and advance their career with a respected firm in the Boca Raton area. As the Associate Attorney, you will report to the Senior Associate Attorney while managing your own caseload and client interactions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.
Responsibilities The Associate Attorney will:
Manage own caseload and client interactions.
Collaborate with the Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.
Prepare filings and support letters with attention to detail.
Conduct research and maintain professional client communications.
Qualifications
Must have Work Authorization in the U.S.
JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school
Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) (Required)
Strong research and writing skills
Detail oriented; able to manage own caseload and assist with assignments from attorney and staff
Experience documenting employment-based cases, specifically EB-1 and EB-2 NIW (Preferred)

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
