is seeking an experienced professional to lead high-impact projects and mentor the next generation of engineers.

What You’ll Do:
Lead & Innovate:
Oversee the design and engineering of
HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems , ensuring energy efficiency and reliability.
Design Excellence:
Develop
specifications, working drawings, and technical documents
for complex projects.
Analyze & Solve:
Tackle
complex design challenges , developing innovative techniques and solutions.
Mentor & Guide:
Coach junior engineers, fostering skill development and technical expertise.
Ensure Quality & Accuracy:
Monitor project progress, review shop drawings and RFIs, and conduct field investigations.
Collaborate & Consult:
Work closely with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive Cost-Effective Solutions:
Develop
opinions of probable construction costs , factoring in project size and complexity.
What You Bring:
Extensive expertise in mechanical system design , including HVAC load calculations, energy simulations, equipment selection, and steam/hydronic heating systems.
Plumbing system experience , including domestic hot and cold water, sanitary waste and vent, stormwater, and water heating systems.
Temperature control system knowledge , including pneumatic, electronic, and direct digital controls.
Familiarity with fire protection system design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software.
Strong
problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and task prioritization .
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in building system design and construction.
