We are seeking a seasoned Technical Principal Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and DevSecOps strategy and execution across the organization.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership to drive architectural excellence and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and DevSecOps initiatives across the organization. Define and implement the cloud, DevOps, and engineering architecture roadmap in collaboration with IT, engineering, and delivery teams. Conduct Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), establish architectural standards, and enforce best practices. Provide architectural guidance to Engineering Managers and technical teams through design reviews and strategic alignment. Drive microservices decomposition, infrastructure-as-code, and observability-first practices. Partner with IT and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of cloud strategies across environments. Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and DevSecOps initiatives at scale. Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with observability tools and practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting architecture governance and review processes. Exposure to enterprise-level cloud migration and modernization projects. Knowledge of container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes). Experience with security-first engineering practices.
