Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Kansas City team! Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of complex engineering projects. Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards. Resolve project challenges using advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies. Mentor and train junior staff, guiding them through complex projects and supporting their professional development. Develop and refine engineering practices and standards for continuous improvement. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 6+ years of engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Salary is commensurate with experience.
