In the role of Senior Site Civil Engineer, you'll be responsible for: Leading project teams of 2-3 engineers, providing technical expertise and project oversight. Designing and planning for civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utility design. Preparing stormwater management designs, calculations, and reports to meet local standards. Coordinating design efforts with other disciplines and project leads. Preparing specifications and contract documents. Assisting with procurement of permits and approvals. Performing quantity take-offs and cost estimates as needed. Evaluating and modifying standard engineering techniques for complex assignments. Developing projects with significant impact on company programs. Serving as a Project Manager on larger projects, though project management is not the sole focus. Performing other duties as required. Qualifications
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCad, and relevant civil engineering software. Willingness to lead project teams. Required: At least 10 years of civil/site design project management experience. PE or P.Eng license. Project engineering and management experience. Commitment to our employee-owned culture.
