As the profile is related to Verification and Validation, an individual would be fully responsible for driving the workforce competency related applications like Dashboard, Tutor, Workshops, PTS and product use case validations. The candidate should be able to collect requirements and drive the use case validation scenarios. Identify the set of validation scenarios for product validation during any new release. Must own and drive test automation in the project. Understand the role of testing within the software development lifecycle and business constraints, and advocate for the best customer experience and product quality. Must have development skills to completely drive the automated test process. Drive innovation in testing and assist in streamlining testing process. Self-organized, fast learner, strong troubleshooting skills Utilize domain knowledge to identify functionality remains fit for purpose and product stability. Identify test scenarios, create in-depth test plans, document progress/results and improve release flow. Identify bugs and potential problems within the software using manual testing and automated testing. Work with the Software Development team to efficiently resolve tickets and troubleshooting issues. Suggest test strategies for the software product. You Must Have
B.E/B.Tech or higher with Chemical or Instrumentation or CSE background with 10+ years of experience in software programming and test automation. Should have 4+ years of work experience in the Industrial Automation Domain; prior experience with DCS/PLC/OTS systems is an added advantage. Extensive knowledge of agile software testing and development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of web application testing. Knowledge of IIS, Web service (WCF), Rest APIs and web application concepts. Experience with test automation software – Selenium/AutoIt/Apium/JMeter/Locust, Database/SQL programming, TestNG/GUnit framework, Service/API automation, and understanding of CI/CD tools and implementation for a program. Knowledge of persona-based roles in the Industrial Automation Domain. We Value
