The Fischer Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to study the ubiquitin-proteasome system using structural biology, chemical biology, proteomics, and computational approaches. Research integrates cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography, NMR, and mass spectrometry to address mechanistic principles of protein regulation and their role in human diseases, including cancer.
Qualifications
PhD in structural biology, biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, or related field. Strong publication record and ability to lead complex projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in at least two of the following: Protein expression/purification (insect or mammalian systems) Protein biophysics or enzyme kinetics Computational/quantitative analysis Why Join
