Our Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Department comprises specialists focused on women’s health. The department and individual providers are a diverse, cohesive group dedicated to patient care. Provide general gynecological care for adult women. Offer care related to pregnancy and the reproductive system, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of health problems specific to female anatomy (e.g., breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, hormonal disorders). Specialize in childbirth and provide counseling throughout pregnancy, including prenatal diagnoses, delivery, and postpartum care. Meet medical and surgical needs of women across the adult lifespan in a comprehensive OB/GYN practice. Qualifications
Completed residency and currently practicing or in residency when applying Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency, or fellowship upon hire Licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified and/or Board Eligible Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 to $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors including local labor markets and experience, with potential increases over time based on productivity and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (eligibility applies).
