Responsibilities
Appropriate documentation in electronic medical records
Participating in performance improvement projects
Collaborate with MDs, NPs, nurses to meet patient needs and monitor care outcomes
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 months of experience
An active LPN license in Massachusetts
