Our client, a healthcare facility located in Northern NV has a need of a Hospital HR Director to join their team.
Candidates MUST have at least 4 years of HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IN A HR Director role to be considered!
Union experience is REQUIRED! A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care. Regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Information
Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors. Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff. Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree is required Experience
Must have at least four years of professional Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting MUST have union experience!
