You’ll travel to jail facilities within a
2-hour radius of your home , with
mileage, lodging, and per diem covered

Perform assessments, med passes, triage, and emergency response
Collaborate with on-site staff and SHP clinical leadership
Maintain clear, confidential medical documentation
Are a licensed
LPN or RN
in Wisconsin
Can commit to
at least 36 hours per week
Are willing to
travel within ~2 hours of your home
