Requirements
5+ years of HVAC experience with a solid track record of success.
Expertise in gas and refrigeration pipe installation, ductwork, and all aspects of HVAC system design and installation.
Ability to lead and supervise other installers with a focus on quality and safety.
Strong understanding of all HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and testing.
A customer-first attitude with the ability to consult on solutions and solve problems.
Commitment to ongoing learning, including NATE certification and staying updated on industry codes and standards.
