A 2-year degree in electrical technology or equivalent hands-on experience. Proven ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain sophisticated technical equipment such as PLCs, instrumentation, and motor control devices (VFD). Control system troubleshooting and commissioning. Experience with Allen Bradley, Factory Talk, and/or Siemens PLC/HMI systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions with clients and team members. Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to new technologies.
