Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Location: Sandy Springs, GA Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday Join a thriving privately owned primary care organization in the Atlanta metro area that’s redefining how providers deliver care. About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative care team in Sandy Springs. Why Join Us: Privately owned, physician-led organization focused on provider autonomy and growth Supportive and family-like team culture Great compensation, including monthly incentives, and comprehensive benefits package Access to leading technology (we use EPIC) What You Can Expect: Monday–Friday schedule Average census: 12–14 patients per day (some providers see 17–20+) Flexible scheduling and autonomy to build your panel and pace Primary care focus on patients aged 16+, but we care for the whole family when needed Most patients are aged 30+, with steady referrals from our high-volume call center (600+ calls/day) Strong referral relationships with urgent care partners and vendors Ideal Candidate: Active GA license and board certification as FNP or PA 1+ year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset Someone with EPIC experience preferred
