3+ months contract (with a possibility for an extension. But, no guarantees) Education :
High School Diploma/GED. Shift Details :
5 days x 8 hrs. = 40 hrs./week – Morning or Mid Afternoon or Nights. Job Description: Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. Maintain and manage drug inventory in accordance with institutional protocols. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations. Rotate through various shifts and satellite pharmacy locations as needed. Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes. Operate pharmacy equipment safely and correctly. Troubleshoot issues with automated dispensing systems when necessary. Handle the receipt, return, and delivery of medications, carts, and supplies to hospital units. Must hold a valid Registered Pharmacy Technician license issued by the NYSED.
