We leverage diverse technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver solutions that enhance performance and safety. For this Managing Director role, we seek an electrical engineering leader with proven experience in team building, project execution, and client management. Practical experience in assessing electrical system failures and leading fire investigations is highly desirable. Secretariat is an international firm with over 500 professionals in 20+ cities. Established track record in business development and existing client base Professional degrees and approximately 10 years of experience: PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering Excellent communication skills Experience testifying in depositions, trials, arbitration, or hearings Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills Leadership desire and ability to support a growing practice within a rapidly expanding firm Secretariat is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
