We seek a full-time HVAC Sales Technician to join our Coral Springs team. This position involves providing comprehensive HVAC sales solutions and water solutions to residential and light commercial customers throughout South Florida. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our service management and dispatch teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Essential Job Functions

Present HVAC system solutions and water solutions Learn how to test a client\'s water quality to cross-sell them Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt follow-up Build and maintain a robust customer base through referrals and relationship management Perform field duties with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards and safety protocols Conduct site assessments and system evaluations Required Qualifications

Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record Completion of refrigeration/air conditioning apprenticeship program or equivalent trade school certification Experience: Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation, operation, maintenance, and repair experience Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or related technical field Demonstrated technical knowledge in residential heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, and related equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Capability to climb and work safely from ladders Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment Work Schedule

Full-time position: 40+ hours per week Primary schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts Weekend availability required as needed Occasional evening work may be required On-call rotation participation Compensation & Benefits
