Your day includes overseeing operations, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating with subcontractors. You use our proven processes to deliver exceptional service and handle on-site inspections. With a focus on technology for efficiency and clear communication, you guide your team and resolve any issues that arise, all while maintaining our commitment to integrity and quality. The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
3+ years of supervisory experience 5+ years of experience in the roofing or construction industries Coaching and mentoring skills Ability to utilize technology well This would be the ideal position for someone who has successfully run their own business and is ready to make a change!
