About the Role
Complete Building Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support the Chief Engineer at a large facility in NW Washington. Strong commercial building knowledge is required. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment such as cooling towers, pumps, hot water heaters, sprinklers, generators, and AC units, along with other assigned tasks. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Perform scheduled preventative and general maintenance Conduct daily building and equipment inspections Assist the Chief Engineer as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Salary: $27.00 per hour Qualifications
Must haves: High School Diploma or equivalent Driver's License 2-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Ability to perform preventative maintenance on various equipment Dependable and reliable NAPE classes or equivalent preferred EOE, including disability/veterans Why You'll Love Working With Us
