Lead seismic retrofit projects from concept through construction Develop innovative solutions for historic and existing buildings Contribute to nonlinear analysis and performance-based design work Mentor rising engineers and foster team growth Drive quality control and technical excellence Shape project scope and resources You'll Thrive Here If You Have
6+ years in structural engineering PE license (SE preferred) B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering Experience with ASCE 41 and exposure to a variety of material types and structural systems Specific knowledge of non-ductile concrete buildings, performance-based design, historic renovations, and peer reviews Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers for the production and delivery of projects Ability to balance working independently and as part of a team across multiple offices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA Why You'll Love It Here
